Returns

At RootPro, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds & Store Credit

RootPro does not offer monetary refunds. Once your return has been received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the approved return amount.

Store credit:

  • Will be sent by email
  • Can be used toward any future purchase on our website
  • Does not expire

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or special-order products
